Explore the coastal charm of Sainte-Luce

The commune of Sainte-Luce, located on the Caribbean coast to the south of Martinique, is a true coastal paradise. With its numerous hotels and holiday residences bordering the sea in the Desert and Gros Raisins districts, it warmly welcomes all its visitors.

A Creole culinary delight

In the village, particularly on the seafront, do not hesitate to stop in one of the restaurants to savor the surprising Creole specialties. Between acras, stuffed crab, Creole blood sausage, conch or chatrou fricassee, shark tufted, sea urchin blaff, and grilled lobsters, your taste buds will be in celebration.

Picturesque beaches

Beaches, such as Anse Mabouyas, Anse Fond Banane, Anse Corps de Garde or Gros Raisins, are the main tourist attraction of Sainte-Luce. More or less wild, they all offer a breathtaking view of the Diamond Rock in the distance as well as the island of Saint Lucia, approximately 25km away.

A journey through time

If you are passionate about history and culture, you will be delighted to discover the petroglyph, an engraved rock located on the edge of the Montravail forest. It is one of the prides of the Luceans who affectionately nickname it the Caribbean Rock.

The tropical forest of Montravail

Sainte Luce is also an opportunity to immerse yourself in the tropical forest. Just four kilometers from the town, the seventy hectares of the Montravail forest conceal real botanical treasures, such as the mahogany, the Caribbean pine and the cheese tree.
